Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Oklahoma City, OK. You will start with a 5-week paid training to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention, building a long-term career in service, sales, or management.

You will conduct field work in a flexible, independent environment, advancing knowledge of pest control solutions while supporting customers and protecting brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and be on call during off-hours and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Obtain pest certification and/or business licensing as required by state/local law.
• Background check conducted after job offer.
• Drug test required for all candidates who receive a job offer.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program to learn pest detection, elimination, and prevention techniques.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers in hospitality and foodservice sectors.
• Partner with customers on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services to enhance service and sales.
• Document issues using handheld equipment and provide timely, high-quality service under supervision.
