Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee to train to become a licensed auto glass technician. You will learn through hands-on and classroom training, observe and assist with installation, repair of auto glass, and safety system recalibrations.

Upon completion, you’ll receive Safelite SafeTech certification and begin performing jobs with guidance and quality standards. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, customer service, and safe operation of company vehicles and tools, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Willingness to learn Safelite processes and certification.

Responsibilities

• Be paid to learn Safelite procedures through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass and recalibrating safety systems.
• Provide additional services and products to customers.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
