Safelite offers a Technician Trainee program to train and educate you into a proficient auto glass technician. You will gain Safelite SafeTech certification and learn to perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations with high quality and customer-first mindset.

You will be paid to learn with classroom and hands-on training, observe installations, recalibrations, and service products. Benefits include 401(k), medical plans, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Provide additional services and products.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
