Safelite in the United States seeks a Technician Trainee to train into a certified auto glass technician. You will learn hands-on and in-classroom methods to perform glass repair, replacement and recalibrations while upholding Safelite standards.

You’ll start with paid training, observe and assist install and repair, and progress toward Safelite SafeTech certification. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction as core values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required to operate company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in installing and repairing auto glass.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide additional services & products.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and tools as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
