Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. Interns work up to 40 hours per week, with mentorship and development workshops to bridge school and corporate life.

Participants can pursue tracks across business administration, IT, actuarial, HR, analytics, finance, marketing, and more, gaining exposure to both technical and non-technical domains while contributing to real projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program and in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the LAMA Team to gain a full view of MedAmerica and LBS affiliates.
• Conduct regulatory research and prepare state filings.
• Maintain corporate records and review policies and procedures.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and present results.
