Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Sales Support: Maintain product displays and assist customers to meet needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Restock shelves and support inventory management.
• Store Operations: Assist with POS transactions and store maintenance.
• Logistics Support: Help with unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Training & Compliance: Participate in required training and follow policies.
• Team Collaboration: Support teammates and share tasks.
• Project Responsibility: Collaborate on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
