Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is offering a paid Management & Sales Internship in the United States for a 10-12 week period. The program provides hands-on experience in our retail stores, focusing on management, sales, and store operations, with opportunities to work with a Sales Representative and leadership.

Interns participate in a team-based project, gain insights into customer experience, and may pursue the Management and Sales Training Program (MTP) after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in college or university at internship start.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Maintain product displays and assist customers by recommending items meeting their needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of store merchandise to answer inquiries.
• Restock shelves and support inventory management.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and store operations.
• Help unloading deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Participate in required training and adhere to policies.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a team-based project addressing a real business challenge.
