Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) invites applicants to its 2027 Buckeye Pathways Summer Internship Program. This 10-week summer enrichment experience places up to six interns with an Executive Leader mentor to work on meaningful projects across Hospital Administration, Operations, HR, Ambulatory Services and Behavioral Health.

Interns will engage in leadership development, participate in volunteer activities, monthly lunch-and-learns, and a final presentation to senior

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a junior in a bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum overall college GPA of 3.0.
• Majors in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Psychology, or other healthcare related majors.
• Availability for 38 hours in-person per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work on meaningful projects under an Executive Leader mentor.
• Participate in personal and professional development activities.
• Volunteer opportunities, lunch-and-learns and summer activities.
• Present summer experience to senior leaders at program end.
