Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center invites applications for the 2027 Buckeye Pathways Summer Internship Program. This 10-week paid internship exposes students to multiple health-system areas and pairs interns with an Executive Leader mentor.

Open to current juniors with a 3.0 GPA or higher, pursuing majors in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Psychology or related fields. Housing is provided for non-local students; 20-hour shifts are not expected to exceed 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a junior in a bachelor's degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Majors in Business, Healthcare, Public Health, Psychology or related healthcare fields
• Available for 38 hours in-person per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Receive mentorship from an Executive Leader
• Contribute to projects across Hospital Administration, Operations, HR, Ambulatory Services and Mental/Behavioral Health
