Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program from June to August. Interns work up to 40 hours per week, participate in development workshops, and gain exposure to various business tracks under mentorship.

Interns will handle data coordination for audits, learn about the Dental Claims audit, and contribute to month-end data compilation. Housing is not provided; remote work is case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify data for audits and submit to relevant bodies.
• Attend Ops Audit meetings and assist with month-end data compilation.
• Work on assigned projects with a mentor and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
• Support teamwork and adapt to changing priorities.
