Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc (CDPHP) invites undergrad and graduate students to its 10-week Summer College Internship Program, offering paid experience, workshops, mentorship, and exposure to diverse tracks from Business Administration to IT and Analytics.

Interns work up to 40 hours per week from June to August, completing meaningful projects and developing professional skills while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the company code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Majors/degree programs in information systems, IT, business or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interacts with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience supporting Records and Information Management initiatives.
• Assist with retention policies across SharePoint sites and content ingestion activities.
• Support with training materials, file migrations, and project governance.
• Prepare presentations and track program metrics and compliance activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
