Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns attend development workshops, are mentored by managers, and work on meaningful projects across business and technical tracks.

The program runs June–August with up to 40 hours per week, provides workshops for school-to-work transition, and notes that housing is not provided. Remote work may be case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Majors include Business, Mathematics or Data Science; enrolled in full-time undergrad/grad program.
• High attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify audit information for the FEP IPA audit.
• Learn and participate in Dental Claims audit and month-end data compilation.
• Present findings and maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
