• Leading daily priorities, stocking shelves, and creating a welcoming store.
• Providing timely performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Leading/ presenting at daily huddles with peer leadership teams.
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience and helping guests with needs.
• Learning Target leadership expectations and pursuing growth opportunities.
