Target is offering a Stores Executive Intern program in a fast-paced retail environment. The paid internship runs 40 hours per week and provides hands-on leadership experience within a Target store, preparing you for the Executive Team Leader role over a defined period.

You will work with mentors and managers to understand store operations, guest service, merchandising, and daily priorities while developing leadership skills and customer focus.

• Leading daily priorities on sales floor and backroom
• Mentor ETL and leaders, learn roles
• Deliver guest service excellence
• Participate in internship training activities
