Target offers a paid Stores Executive Leadership internship, a 40-hour-per-week program designed to develop and prepare you for the Assistant Store Manager role. You will work with mentors across store functions to drive guest service and store performance while gaining real leadership experience.

As an intern, you’ll learn to lead a team, manage daily operations, and participate in development conversations that support your growth into Target leadership roles.
