Job summary

Cypress HCM in Burbank, CA is seeking an onsite Paid Social Campaign Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit. You will build and traffic campaigns, ad sets, and assets through direct managers or platforms like Sprinklr or Smartly, following naming and 3P tagging standards.

Responsibilities include QA of builds, audience targeting input, performance monitoring, monthly reconciliations with BI teams, and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior hands-on experience in paid social advertising.
• Strong attention to detail.
• An interest in growing their understanding of paid social performance metrics and KPIs across platforms.
• Comfortable communicating campaign progress, learnings, and platform updates to the broader marketing group.

• Assisting with audience targeting strategy using platform-specific social insights
• Monitoring campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets, and proactively flagging or recommending adjustments (including makegoods) in coordination with the media buying team
• Supporting monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, including working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues
• Assisting with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission

This role supports the internal Paid Social team on the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit. The candidate will build and traffic campaigns, ad sets/groups, and creative assets through platform-direct ad managers or social management platforms (such as Sprinklr or Smartly), as well as ad servers like CM360, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements.
