Solomon Page is seeking a Paid Social Trafficking Specialist to support its LA-based internal Paid Social team. You will build, traffic, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit, using direct ad managers or platforms like Sprinklr or Smartly, and CM360 for tagging and tracking.

The role reports into a collaborative media team and involves ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with BI for data fixes, and assisting with billing and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
• Strong attention to detail in campaign setup and data.
• Interest in understanding paid social performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to communicate campaign progress and updates to the marketing group.

We are looking for a Paid Social Trafficking Specialist for a top media & entertainment company out of their LA offices! This role supports the internal Paid Social team on the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit. The candidate will build and traffic campaigns, ad sets/groups, and creative assets through platform-direct ad managers or social management platforms (such as Sprinklr or Smartly), as well as ad servers like CM360, following established naming convention protocols and 3P tagging requirements.

• Contract will run until 04/14/2027
• $42/hour

Responsibilities

• QA of campaign builds to confirm setup accuracy and proper data flow into internal dashboards
• Assisting with audience targeting strategy using platform-specific social insights
• Monitoring campaign performance and delivery against flight dates and budget targets, and proactively flagging or recommending adjustments (including makegoods) in coordination with the media buying team; supporting monthly campaign actualization and reconciliation, including working with internal BI teams to correct data or naming issues
• Assisting with billing accuracy, including invoice tracking and submission.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years prior hands-on experience in paid social advertising
• Strong attention to detail
• An interest in growing their understanding of paid social performance metrics and KPIs across platforms.
• This is a support role embedded within a larger team, so the candidate should also be comfortable communicating campaign progress, learnings, and platform updates to the broader marketing group.
