Job summary

Monks is seeking a Director of Strategy, Paid Social to lead full-funnel paid social campaigns for enterprise accounts, driving acquisition, brand lift, and successful product launches. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to scale programs across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.

The role requires 8+ years in digital marketing with a track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital marketing and paid social strategy experience with enterprise brands (telecom, tech, or high-consideration lines).
• Expert-level knowledge of major social platforms and ad managers and analytics tools.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability to dissect data for audience insights and ROI.
• Excellent presentation, client-facing, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel paid social roadmaps across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X, etc.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to optimize campaigns.
• Lead executive-level presentations and drive client relationships & growth.
• Coach and scale internal strategists, marketers, and media buyers.
• Deliver clear performance reporting and translate data into strategy insights.
• Leverage AI and automation while ensuring data privacy and brand safety.
