Job summary

Monks is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to drive performance for top advertisers across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms. You will lead account strategy, oversee a small team of Account Managers, and partner with creative and analytics teams to optimize ROI.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paid social client management, at least 1 year supervisory experience, and strong data analysis skills with GA and Meta Business Manager, plus excellent communication with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social client management experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role directly overseeing other digital marketing professionals.
• Proficiency with Meta/LinkedIn; Pinterest/Snapchat/TikTok experience is a plus.
• Strong data analysis using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager; proficient with Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent communication to present strategy to C-Suite and executives.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor team and drive growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy for top clients across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Forecast, plan, and optimize campaigns for ecommerce, retail, and B2B leads.
• Drive creative strategy and coordinate with creative teams to refine messaging.
• Generate revenue growth from client renewals and strong retention.
• Participate in onboarding, QBRs, renewal calls, and key client communications.
• Serve as senior sponsor contact for major accounts and nurture executive relationships.
• Manage a small team including Account Managers and drive performance.
