Job summary

Thrive Market is hiring an Associate Director, Paid Social Acquisition to own and scale our paid social program, with Meta and TikTok as core channels. This leader will set cross-platform strategy, allocate budget against incremental returns, and build the signal and measurement foundation that powers optimization and experimentation for sustained member growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in performance or growth marketing with deep paid social expertise, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance or growth marketing with deep paid social expertise.
• Expert-level hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta campaigns (structure, Advantage+, bidding, creative testing).
• Expert-level hands-on experience managing and scaling TikTok campaigns (Smart+ and Spark Ads, creator/native creative).
• Proven experience with Pinterest; multi-million-dollar budgets across platforms; Snapchat, Reddit, and Google a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and growth channels.
• Allocate multi-million-dollar budgets with forecasting, pacing, and planning.
• Lead signal engineering: Conversions API, server-side tracking, deduplication, and LTV optimization.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering to align data and improve data quality.
