Job summary

LeadingResponse, LLC is seeking a Media Manager, Paid Social to drive activation, QA, pacing and reporting across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. You will own strategy, audience targeting and creative development to generate high-quality leads in regulated industries, while collaborating with analytics and client services for performance excellence.

You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs and stay current with platform updates, delivering clear performance insights to drive growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on paid social media strategy, planning and buying.
Proven lead gen campaigns across multiple platforms with key metrics.
Experience in regulated verticals (legal, financial services, healthcare).
Strong understanding of bidding, audiences, and creative frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own strategy, execution and optimization of paid social campaigns focused on lead generation for legal vertical.
Develop audience segmentation, bidding strategies and creative frameworks per platform.
Own ad content development including copywriting and video scripting.
Collaborate with Technology, Analytics and Client Services to align campaigns.
Monitor performance and optimize to meet KPIs like CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Stay updated on platform changes, privacy rules, and industry trends.
Report performance and use insights to refine strategy and execution.
Manage budgets and forecast spend across campaigns and platforms.
Ensure paid efforts align with KPIs and company objectives.
