Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to drive growth for client brands through high-impact social campaigns. You will lead strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, delivering actionable roadmaps, dashboards, and compelling presentations.

You’ll mentor a team, collaborate with Client Partners, and ensure rigorous QA while balancing budgets and brand standards. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid social experience across major platforms.
• Deep understanding of paid social funnel, audience development, and creative testing.
• Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests to inform optimization.
• Strong ability to analyze performance and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing presentations.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets goals.
• Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
• Quantify, prioritize, and execute initiatives with high potential impact on performance.
• Partner with Client Partners to deliver clear paid social recommendations and client-facing communications.
• Contribute paid social insights to tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
• Ensure all paid social work undergoes rigorous QA and aligns with budgets and brand standards.
• Speak on client calls where applicable; be client-facing in reporting and statuses.
• Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding and skill development.
