Job summary

Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director of Paid Social on the Communications team. You will lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists, set client goals, and ensure best practices using our DiscoverabilityOS™ methodology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency (bonus for B2B).
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns, especially LinkedIn and Meta.
• Understanding of LinkedIn/Meta ad units and creative formats.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of up to 8 Social Media Strategists and set team standards.
• Set goals for each client engagement within the pod.
• Ensure clients follow best practices and our Social Advertising methodology.
• Identify and remove roadblocks; support strategists to secure approvals.
• Drive accountability with clear communication, cadence, and expectations.
• Lead, develop, and empower the team to achieve results.
