Job summary

ICON International in Stamford, CT is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to manage client media investments across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat and more. The role focuses on execution, with a strong foundation in media buying, reporting, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports to the Manager, Paid Social and requires 2–4 years of experience, strong organization, and the ability to work with clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid social media experience in an agency or client-side role.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to analyze social metrics and optimize performance.
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms and ad products.
• Analytical mindset focused on performance and results.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with AI tools.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full funnel campaigns across social platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Analyze data to scale spend while improving performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, planning, measurement, and Ad Ops to align on goals.
• Join client meetings to present ICON's social capabilities and value.
• Monitor key metrics and adjust strategy in real time as needed.
• Compile and analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively bring recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media.
