Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to manage strategy, build campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn, and drive client performance.

You will lead activation, monitoring, and reporting, optimize buys for cost efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to present insights to clients. You will manage budgets, forecast, maintain relationships with media representatives, and stay ahead of trends to seize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Paid Social Media buying experience.
• Knowledge and prior use of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with media representatives.
• Ability to work effectively with Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, media representatives, and clients.
• Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and comfortable making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid search accounts to drive client performance and growth.
• Manage campaign development, stewardship, optimization, and reporting across paid social platforms.
• Build relationships and maintain ongoing communications with media representatives.
• Lead activation and key client communications.
• Present at key client presentations and meetings.
• Design optimal buys for cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor media buys and own post-buy results and ongoing reporting.
• Update the Supervisor on account status and timely elevate issues.
• Oversee campaign tracking setup and implementation before launch, with Ad Operations support.
• Oversee reporting dashboard creation and participate in client presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve media billing issues.
• Ensure adherence to client budgets while meeting objectives.
• Stay current on media trends and industry opportunities.
• Perform other assigned duties.
