Job summary

ICON International, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to manage client media investments across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms. The role focuses on execution within ICON's Ad Platforms team with reporting to the Manager, Paid Social.

You will build full funnel campaigns, optimize to KPIs, and analyze data to scale spend while improving performance, collaborating with strategy, planning, measurement, and Ad Ops to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in paid social media, agency or client-side.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and reprioritize as needs shift.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging internally and with external clients.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and recommend optimizations that drive performance.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, optimization levers, and ad products.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on media performance and results.
• Intermediate Excel and AI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full funnel campaigns across the various social platforms.
• Optimize campaigns against performance goals and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to develop strategy to scale spend while improving performance.
• Partner cross-functionally with strategy, planning, measurement, and Ad Ops to align on campaign goals.
• Join client meetings to represent ICON's social capabilities and value.
• Monitor key metrics and adjust strategy in real time as needed.
• Compile and analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively bring recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media.
