Simple Staffing's client, a leading performance marketing agency in Newport Beach, seeks a hands-on Paid Search Manager to own and scale multi-million-dollar search programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Performance Max for debt relief.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to drive iROAS and growth. This onsite role requires 3–5 years of paid search experience and a willingness to work in-office in Newport Beach.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in paid search, performance marketing, or digital media.
Financial brand experience strongly preferred.
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Proven track record scaling paid search programs with measurable impact.
Strong understanding of SEM metrics: iROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, conversions.
Experience managing substantial paid media budgets with financial discipline.
Strong analytical skills with reporting/analytics tools.
Familiarity with attribution tools and web analytics platforms.
Cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Client Services, Creative, Analytics, Strategy.
Highly organized with project management and communication skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial onsite environment.
Passion for digital marketing innovation and optimization.

Responsabilités

Own and manage paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging channels.
Execute and optimize campaigns across branded, non-branded, Performance Max, video, and remarketing.
Manage multi-million-dollar paid search budgets to hit revenue goals.
Drive acquisition and iROAS through full-funnel search programs.
Develop keyword, bidding, audience, and campaign structuring strategies.
Collaborate with client and internal teams to optimize landing pages and conversions.
Partner with Creative teams to test ad copy and assets.
Analyze performance and consumer behavior for insights and optimization.
Build testing roadmaps across bidding, creative, audiences, and measurement.
Monitor pacing, forecasting, budgets, and reporting across initiatives.
Stay informed on platform changes and AI-driven advertising trends.
Work onsite in our Newport Beach office with cross-functional teams.
