Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience in an agency or client-side role
• Proven track record running structured experimentation programs
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions
• Experience partnering with Product or AdTech on measurement/infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX) and Bing Ads

Responsibilities

• Own the Paid Search experimentation roadmap across platforms
• Develop and refine experimentation frameworks including A/B tests and attribution models
• Analyze test results to drive data‑driven decisions and growth
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, Strategy & Ops to align testing timelines
• Manage budgeting and pacing to match strategic goals and seasonality
