Job summary

Superhuman in the United States is seeking a Senior Growth Creative Lead to design, ship, and iterate on paid social and display ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will turn learnings into durable insights that inform next experiments and scale creative program impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience in growth, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.
• Demonstrable evidence of working in iterative, experimental environments.
• Deep, hands-on paid ads experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Growth team background with test-learn-iterate mindset.
• Strong ability to document learnings and synthesize insights.
• Experience partnering with platform reps (Meta, Google, TikTok).

• Build a living library of creative intelligence and document learnings.
• Drive deeper business impact with measurable performance, balancing quality and results.
