The program includes a business-focused project and leadership development opportunities, with scheduling that includes evenings and weekends to align with busy shopping periods. Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program and be on track to graduate

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors include Business/Management, Hospitality, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
