• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• As a Retail Management Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience leading a retail team, engaging directly with customers, and learning day‑to‑day operations of a store.
• Work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business‑focused project addressing a real opportunity and present findings to leadership.
