Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship to currently enrolled students in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, interacting with customers, and learning store operations alongside managers and district leaders.

A business-focused project will be completed and presented to leadership, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and knowledge of retail management principles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expect to receive degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desirable majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project addressing a real opportunity and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Support operational activities such as merchandising, inventory, and stocking during busy periods.
