Job summary

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an associate or Bachelor's degree program.
- Degree anticipated between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Desired majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business
Responsibilities
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn day-to-day operations of a store with Store Managers and District Leaders.
- Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
- Develop leadership skills and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
- Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory, and stocking.
