Qualifications

• Available to work 35 hours/week for 10 weeks on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers to learn day-to-day store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders; complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support inventory management, merchandise handling, and stocking during busy periods.
• Gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences and store performance analysis.
