CVS Health offers a paid 10‑week Retail Management Intern program for college students to gain real‑world experience in a Fortune 6 health care leader.

You will lead a retail team, engage with customers, and learn store operations while working with Store Managers and District Leaders. A business‑focused project will be completed and presented to leadership, with leadership development and market travel exposure throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business‑focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory, and stocking.
