CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for college students. You will lead a retail team, interact with customers, and learn store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management and stocking.
• Travel within market experiences as part of the program.
