Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program designed to immerse college students in the retail leadership track. You will work closely with Store Managers and District Leaders, lead a team, and engage with customers to understand operations and performance.

The role includes a real business project and leadership exposure across markets. You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, inventory, and daily store activities while developing leadership and customer

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Be able to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading, supervising or managing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a CVS Health store.
• Work with Store Managers; participate in leadership projects and markets travel.
• Support merchandising, inventory, stocking and other operational activities.
