CVS Health is seeking a motivated Retail Management Intern for a 10-week paid program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning store operations under the guidance of Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and develop leadership skills while gaining exposure to market travel and daily store activities including merchandising, inventory, and customer

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
