Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation between May 2027 and May 2028 expected.
• Majors: Business/Management, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a store.
• Work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and stocking.
• Assist during busy periods including evenings and weekends.
