CVS Health offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship where students gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging directly with customers, and learning the day-to-day operations of a successful store.

Working alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, you will develop leadership skills, learn retail management best practices, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree completion between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Fields: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and participate in market travel experiences.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
