CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in Danville, CA. You will work with store managers to learn leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, manage customer service, and gain exposure to staffing, inventory, and operational excellence.

You'll complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, developing skills in motivation, performance analysis, and customer satisfaction. The program runs weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a store underStore Managers and District Leaders.
