Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business‑focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities during busy periods, including evenings and weekends.
