Job summary

Target Stores Executive Leadership Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership in a retail environment. As a Stores Executive Intern, you will lead teams, work with mentors, and gain exposure to multiple store areas to drive guest experience and store performance.

You will be mentored by leaders, learn to plan daily goals, and participate in development dialogues while supporting daily operations and achieving store priorities.
