Job summary

Colony Brands Inc. invites applicants for a Client Support Technician Internship in Monroe, WI. The internship runs May through August or December 2027, with hands-on experience in hardware, imaging, software, and end-user support across corporate facilities.

You will gain practical exposure to SCCM, JAMF, Intune, Citrix, Active Directory, and Office 365 while assisting Help Desk colleagues and learning remote access and wireless troubleshooting. Onsite work only; sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

Majors related to Computer Science and Networking & Security.

Responsibilities

Assemble and configure PC / MAC hardware.
Documentation and mentoring of the Help Desk.
Provide client-level networking troubleshooting including wireless tech and remote access.
Imaging and patching with Windows 10/11 using SCCM or equivalents.
Imaging and patching with Apple OS using JAMF.
End user support for mobile devices via Intune.
Citrix client troubleshooting.
SCCM client troubleshooting.
Microsoft Office 365 support.
Printer/Copier/AV troubleshooting and support.
Active Directory user/account and permissions support.
