Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive strategy, budgeting, targeting and narrative on calls with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling bidding, testing and attribution to optimize ROAS and pipeline growth. This is a remote role with international client exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
