Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives during calls.

As the strategic voice, you will tell the story behind the numbers, guide campaign decisions, and drive long-term client relationships with a fokus on US-based accounts. Remote work across eligible regions is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; articulate the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
