Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensure solid conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
