Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for senior living clients across multiple locations. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and storytelling on client calls, acting as the strategic voice.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience handling several clients simultaneously. Clear English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
