Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media campaigns for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, and the narrative in client discussions.

You will lead across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, track conversions, and craft a 90-day roadmap that demonstrates the story behind the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
