Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for a select book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, manage budgets, and guide client calls with the narrative behind the numbers.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta work, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency multi-client experience, and clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized personally.
• Proven track record improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience handling multiple clients within an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth via retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
